Edie’s Red consists of two of Long Island’s best
red wine varietals, blended together to give you a
great tasting, smooth and satisfying red: Cabernet
Sauvignon (60%) and Merlot (40%). The characteristics
of the vintage year, 2016, produced a harmonious medium
bodied wine of elegance and suppleness. A touch of
oak is apparent, adding complexity.

Grey Gardens Edie's Red should be enjoyed with lighter fare, such as tapas or French style omelettes, or with a more decadent bouillabaisse or paella.
